What is CEZ Vanzare E-invoice?
CEZ Vanzare E-invoice is a service created especially for CEZ Vanzare customers, which ensures the process of sending and receiving the current electricity or gas invoice in electronic format via e-mail.
What are the main benefits of receiving the invoices by e-mail?
- reducing the time of transmission - receipt of the invoice - minimizing the physical distribution time;
- access to electronic invoices from your My CEZ account;
- speed in making the payment decision - once the invoice has been sent, you have the possibility to make the payment decision at that moment or according to the contractually agreed payment deadline, considering the available budget;
- real-time access to information - the possibility to view the invoice as soon as it has been issued;
- electronic archiving of invoices with minimal impact on the environment;
- free service - CEZ Vanzare does not charge any additional cost for this service.
What should you consider after joining the CEZ Vanzare E-invoice service?
- by activating the E-invoice service, you will receive the invoice and any other documents/information related to the conclusion and execution of the contract (notifications, notices, information) by e-mail;
- the customer must mention a valid e-mail address, in case of an error, the electricity /gas supplier is not responsible for not sending the invoice;
- if the customer's e-mail address changes, the electricity and gas supplier must be notified;
- we recommend periodically checking your e-mail to follow up on the receipt of the current invoice and notifications sent by CEZ Vanzare, as well as always ensuring that you have enough space in your e-mail inbox to receive correspondence;
- the invoice is sent and can be viewed in PDF form;
- the invoice shall be considered to have been received when CEZ Vanzare sends the e-mail in which a copy is attached;
- the obligation to pay the current invoice issued by CEZ Vanzare is independent of whether or not you view the invoice and/or e-mail.
What are the steps taken by CEZ Vanzare to activate the service?
- activation of the CEZ Vanzare E-invoice service, if all the conditions are met;
- sending periodically (on the date of invoice issue) a notification e-mail containing the current invoice, in electronic format, to the e-mail address specified by the customer.
How to pay the CEZ Vanzare invoice?

Important!
- once a customer has subscribed to this service, he will no longer receive the current CEZ Vanzare invoice and any other documents/information related to the conclusion and execution of the contract (notifications, notices, information) on paper. You may return to receiving correspondence in paper format at any time at no additional cost. You can deactivate or reactivate this option by accessing the E-invoice section of your My CEZ account;
- for any other invoice issued to customers by another entity of the CEZ Group in Romania, the traditional channels of transmission will be used (mail, respectively Customer Relationship Centres);
- CEZ Vanzare cannot be held liable for misuse of the service in the sense that the customer provides another person with the information received.
It is the customer's duty to protect himself and not to communicate the information he receives to a third party for any reason.
